One fateful Tuesday night, the ALMIGHTY [WHEEL] spoke to me and said:

"draw Cow and Chicken (from Cow & Chicken) going trick-or-treating on Halloween at Marfalump's (from Star Wars) house. Marfalump has a full Lightning McQueen back tattoo."

And so it was created.
